Fulton Christmas Walk is a free, family-fun event and attendance has increased every year.
The Fulton Chamber of Commerce is seeking crafters for their Christmas Walk Craft Fair at the Robert Fulton Community Center on December 4, 2015 from 4pm to 8pm. Space is limited to only 25 vendors and will be taken on a first come first serve basis. The cost of a 10’ by 10’ space is $25. Only one space per vendor will be allowed to keep a variety of gifts for people to choose from. Set up for this event will begin as early as 8:00 am on Dec. 4th or by appointment on Dec. 3rd.
This is the only vendor location during this town wide event. Please send a photo of your artwork or crafts if we don’t have it, along with your application and check. You may also email a photo of your work to fultonchamber@gmail.com, but the application and check must be mailed. Set-up can begin on Friday, December 4th at 8:00 a.m. and we ask that you do not tear down before 8pm. If you would need to set up sooner Thursday at 12 noon is possible by appointment. You will be located in the Robert Fulton Community Center, 912 4th Street, Fulton, IL. If you know you cannot make this event please email the chamber A.S.A.P. to help us plan better.
If you are interested in participating, please fill out the bottom portion of this form and return by November 20, 2015. Registration after November 20th increases to $35.00. Please make checks payable to: Fulton Chamber of Commerce and send to 912 4th Street, Fulton, IL 61252. No refunds will be made.
