Survivors of Suicide Support Group, for those who have lost a loved one by suicide, will meet on Monday, October 12, 7:00-8:30 p.m., at Second Reformed Church, 703 14th Ave., Fulton. This support group meets the second Monday of every month.
Anyone who lost a loved one by suicide is welcome to attend, whether it was a recent loss or a loss that you have lived with for several years. Participants gather and share how they are surviving, recognizing that there are many dates during the year that can bring on a fresh wave of pain. The kinship of a support group helps survivors remain standing as the waves of grief rock them. Support groups are a place to be heard, supported, and loved.
