Regenwether testimony details fire department’s EMS billing process

Former Clinton Fire Chief Mark Regenwether concluded his testimony in the city of Clinton’s legal malpractice suit Wednesday morning. City’s case against attorney who urged lawsuit settlement continues

Testimony got underway Tuesday in the city of Clinton’s legal malpractice case against an attorney who urged a settlement in a whistle-blower lawsuit alleging fraudulent Emergency Medical Services billing of Medicare and Medicaid.
