A rural Clinton County man is charged with domestic assault after an incident Thursday night that involved area law enforcement agencies in a stand off at the persons home.
30 year old Joshua Wiese is charged in the incident.
Clinton County deputies were called to the rural Elvira home and were involved with the stand off with other agencies.
Wiese is accused of assaulting his sister at the home.
