* THE HEAVY RAINFALL MAY LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS…AND WATER RUNNING OVER ROADWAYS. URBAN AREAS WILL BE PARTICULARLY SUSCEPTIBLE TO FLASH FLOODING.

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT FLASH FLOODING IS POSSIBLE.  MONITOR FORECASTS AND TAKE ACTION IF FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS ARE ISSUED OR FLASH FLOODING DEVELOPS.
