Arrests made in armed robbery incident-first reported in our early morning on-air news.

Two suspects have been arrested in connection with the armed robbery reported in Clinton earlier this week.

On Tuesday evening-Clinton Police reported that 36 year old Kevin Harmon of Shorewood, Illinois was taken at gun point from near the WildRoseCasino to the casino and forced to withdraw money from his account from the A-T-M and the two suspects fled the scene.

On Thursday arrest warrants were issued for 18 year old Destin Robert Clark of Neenah, Wisconsin and 18 year old Dylon Micheal-Joseph White who is considered homeless,

The investigation led the Clinton Police Department, Clinton County Sheriff’s Office, the Gateway Area Hazardous Entry Approach Team, the Camanche Police, The Iowa D-N-R, the Clinton County Conservation Office and the Iowa State Patrol to an area along Highway 67 in the Folletts area.

At about 6 P-M the two suspects, White and Clark, were arrested.   Incidental to the arrest a loaded handgun was found in Clark’s possession.  He was also charged with ‘possession of a firearm as a felon’ and on a warrant from Wisconsin.
