Tentative schedule of governmental meetings

The County Board, Camanche and Riverbend School Boards plus the Camanche and Fulton City Councils will be meeting.

The Clinton County Board has their regular Monday business session.

The Supervisors will receive an update on the 19th Avenue North construction project that impacts the Administration Building.  The Supervisors will also hear an update on the county jail project and consider several related actions.

The meeting starts at 9:15 at the Administration Building.

The Camanche School Board is meeting tonight (Monday) in a regular session.

They will consider several personnel actions for extra curricular activities.

The meeting will be at 7:30 at the Camanche School’s Administration Center.

The Riverbend School Board meets Monday in a business session at 6:30.

Among the topics is the formal acceptance of a 47-thousand dollar gift from the Timken Foundation   of Canton Trustees and 10-thousand dollars from Monsanto – with both of those donations designated for updating the science classrooms and labs.

The Fulton City Council meets in a regular session this evening at 5:30. The session is at the Fulton City Hall.

The Camanche City Council meets on Tuesday this week.

The council will consider the sale of the former city hall and choosing a realtor.  The Council will also hold a closed session to discuss the applicants for the City Administrator’s position and how to proceed.

Camanche City Administrator Tom Roth has submitted his retirement notice.
