Five more Iowa sites-including Clinton- ‘certified’ as development ready

Officials in five more Iowa cities have completed a rigorous process to confirm sites in their communities are ready for immediate industrial development. The Lincolnway Industrial Rail & Air Park is a 345 acre park located adjacent to US Highway 30 and the Clinton Regional Airport. Rail service to the park is provided by Union Pacific. Chemical processing, metal fabrication and value-added agriculture are among the industries to be targeted for the park.
