The County Board, Clinton School Board & Clinton City Council highlight the tentative schedule of governmental meetings this week.
The Clinton County Board has their regular Monday morning business meeting. The session will start at 9:15 at the County Administration Building.

The Clinton County Compensation Board meets to discuss potential pay raises for elected officials.

The Clinton School Board has their business meeting today (Monday). They will meet at 5:30 at the school’s Administrative Center.

The Clinton City Council will start their budget meetings today (Monday).
The council will start with a review of the Sewer Fund and Solid Waste Fund.
The proposed budget for the Sewer Fund does not include a rate increase. But, it points out the projects the city will need to complete over the next couple of years and the capacity to cover those costs.
The proposed budget for the Solid Waste Fund is also built on the current rate and personnel structure.
The budget meeting is at 3 o’clock this afternoon at city hall.

The Clinton City Council will be meeting a regular business session and committee of the whole meeting on Tuesday evening.
Few items are posted on the business agenda.

During the committee of the whole session the council will consider how to proceed to fill the vacancy on the council created by the resignation of at-large council member Tom Determann who was elected to the County Board.

The Riverbend School Board has a special session on Monday for an evaluation of the Superintendent’s work. The session would be closed.
