CAMANCHE, Iowa — The individual identified for shooting Nicholas Luskey has been identified as Derick Carroll, 25, of Clinton, Iowa. ‘Read more’ for further details from the official statement from the DCI
Carroll has cooperated with investigators and the investigation is ongoing. No arrest has been made in this investigation.
As previously mentioned, investigators believe this is an isolated incident and do not believe the public has reason to be concerned of being in danger.
An autopsy has been performed on February 2nd and investigators are waiting final results before releasing any additional information.
