CLINTON — The city of Clinton this afternoon declared a snow emergency to be in effect from 7 p.m. Sunday, March 12, until all streets are cleared.
No Parking is permitted on marked snow routes. If vehicles have not been removed by 7 p.m. Monday, March 13, the Clinton Police Department will enforce the ticket and/or towing process.
