The Clinton City Council holds a Committee Of The Whole meeting on Tuesday.

The council will hear from the Fire Department about their interpretations of the new law allowing citizens to purchase and use fireworks.

Also on the agenda is a follow up on the proposal to move to single stream recycling.  At a first discussion City Administrator Matt Brooke recommended the city retain the recycling operation and move to the single stream pickup.  Council members asked for a second review of the costs factors.  Brooke again recommends the city retain that service.
