Tentative Schedule Of Governmental Meetings

County Board, Clinton School Board & Clinton City Council on the tentative schedule of governmental meetings this week. (links to agendas included)

The Clinton County Board has their regular Monday morning session.  The Supervisors will start the business meeting at 9:15 at the County Administration Building.

The Clinton School Board meets today (Monday) in a regular session.  The meeting will be at 5:30 at the school’s Administrative Center.

Among the items for consideration is a proposed increase in breakfast and lunch prices.  The cost of breakfast would increase by a nickel and lunch by a dime.  The increase, according to the documents is driving by mandates of the federal subsidy program.

The board will also consider a approval of the third year of a three contract with the firm that has conducted a series of online input surveys on various topics requested by the district.  The contract requires annual approval.

The Clinton City Council meets on Tuesday.,

In the business session the council will consider formal approval of increases in compensation for the council members and the mayor.

During the Committee Of The Whole Session the council hear about a Downtown are Master Plan and a contract with the Scott County Facility for the single stream recycling program.

The meeting starts at 7 o’clock Tuesday evening.
