Tentative schedule of governmental meetings

The Clinton County Supervisors, Clinton School Board & Clinton City Council will meeting this week.  (links to agendas included)

The Clinton County Board meets this week – but it’s not the regular Monday morning meeting.  The Supervisors will be meeting on Thursday – July 13th with the meeting to be held at the Clinton County Fairgrounds during the County Fair.

The session will be at 10 o’clock Thursday morning at the Auditorium at the Fairgrounds.

Included on the agenda is an update on the Law Center construction project.

The Clinton School Board meets today (Monday) in a regular session.

The meeting is at 5:30 at the school’s Administrative Center.

The Clinton City Council has a regular business session and a committee of the whole session Tuesday evening starting at 7 o’clock.

During the business meeting the council will consider the final approval to increase the compensation of the council members and the mayor.  If approved the increases would go into effect after the next election for those offices.

During the Committee Of The Whole session the council will hear about further planning for a North River Drive which would run adjacent to the levy into the north end of the town and connect to Main Avenue.

Further planning for expanding the current expressway to Main Avenue and extend the expressway from Main to Highway 67 near the Eagle Point Park area.

The council will be asked to fund studies for those two projects.
