The Clinton County Board has their regular Monday meeting – and it will be held at the Clinton County Administration Building.  Last week’s meeting was moved to the DeWitt County Offices due to the closure of the Courthouse for structural repairs.  The courthouse has been re-opened.

The Clinton School Board meets Monday in a regular session.

There is a school board election in September but the board will consider an appointment to fill a vacancy on the board. The vacancy was created with the death of member Jim McGraw.

Missy Sullivan-Pope is designated on the agenda to fill the vacancy until the election.  She is also a candidate on the ballot for a full four year term on the board.

The board will also consider a policy on handling negative balances in lunch accounts.

The meeting is at 5:30 at the school district’s Administrative Center.

The council will also hold a closed session to discuss properties-the agenda does not clarify the nature of the discussion.  No action is scheduled.

The Camanche City Council meets on Tuesday evening at six o’clock at City Hall.
