County To County Migration

Most of the people moving into Clinton County over the 2011 to 2015 period came from within Iowa according to the latest census bureau reports. (links to the report included)

 

The migration report shows the highest number of people moving into the county came from Whiteside County, Illinois, but overall Iowa counties account for the most.

The estimate was 241 came from Scott County and 172 from Johnson County.  Another large number – came from Cole County Missouri.

In the out-migration report – most people leaving Clinton County left for other Iowa Counties.

The highest number – 247 left for Scott County, but there were also 183 moving to Whiteside County.
