Record High Temperature Set On November 24th

It has been warmer than normal for late November according to Clinton area weather observer Jim Blaess.

He says on Friday – November 24th there was a record high of 69 degrees.  That broke the record of 65 set in 1931.

With average highs in the mid-40’s at this time, Blaess reported a high temperature of 51 on Saturday and 54 on Sunday.  Neither were records for the date.

For today-November 27th – Blaess says the average high is 42 degrees and the record for the date is 67 set in 1909.
