Once you have dialed this number, follow the prompts:
Press 1 for Public Works: at the sub menu,
Press: 1 for Streets and Solid Waste (garbage/yard waste/recycling/potholes/alley grading)
Press: 2 for Sewer / Waste Water (manholes/sewer and wastewater issues)
Press: 3 for Engineering (road reconstruction)
Press 2 for the Finance Office (sewer billing; pet licensing; accounts receivable and payables)
Press 3 for Building & Neighborhood Services BNS (building permits; nuisances; rental inspections)
Press 4 for the City Clerk (City Council proceedings; licensing; records requests, boards & commissions)
Press 5 for the Mayor
Press 6 for the City Administrator
