Tentative schedule of governmental meetings

On the tentative schedule of governmental meetings this week there will be a Clinton County Board meeting, Clinton School Board, Fulton City Council and Clinton City Council. (links to agendas included)The Clinton County Board has the usual Monday morning business session.The Supervisors meet at 9:15 at the County Administration Building.

The Clinton School Board has a committee of the whole session today (Monday).

The board is scheduled to discuss their goals for the year.

The School Board meeting is at 5:30 at the School’s Administrative Center.

The Fulton City Council meets Monday in a regular session.

The Business agenda includes only a few items including a closed session to discuss litigation.

During the Committee Of The Whole session the Fulton City Council will once again discuss the Drives Building and what steps to take.

The council had earlier voted not to partner with any organization on renovation ideas for the building.

The Clinton City Council will be meeting on Tuesday evening.

The business session will start at 7 o’clock with the discussion session held after that.

During the business meeting the council will consider the first approval of an ordinance to adopt a new city seal and city flag.  Both were proposed by a local teen

During the Committee Of The Whole session the council will consider working with the downtown business group on seeking a building remediation grant.
