Lane reductions on Bluff Blvd due to sewer work

In conjunction with a sewer project, the following traffic control assemblies will be implemented from September 26th to October 5th. ‘Read more’ for the details-

1. Bluff Blvd will be reduced to two lanes of traffic between 1st Avenue and 3rd Avenue South. All traffic will use the easterly two lanes. The lane reductions will occur in advance of the intersection of 2nd Avenue South. The traffic signal at 2nd Avenue South & Bluff Blvd will be placed on four-way flashing red during these closures.

2. The east bound lane of 2nd Avenue South will be closed between South 10th Street and Bluff Blvd. During this time, all east bound traffic on 2nd Avenue South will use the center turn lane as a through lane, and no west bound traffic on 2nd Avenue South will be allowed to use the center turn lane.
