Local arrest leads to federal search warrent at rural Fulton residence

He said The Blackhawk area Task Force and the ATF followed up at his residence for their investigation after the Tuesday night arrest of 42 year old Robert Lee Poore.

Clinton Police observed a male passed out in a vehicle in the parking lot at 807 North Second Street at about 10:30 Tuesday night.

An investigation was conducted and Poore – of 23718 Waller Road, Fulton was charged.

Those charges include 2 counts of possession of stolen property, 2 counts unauthorized possession of an offensive weapon, carrying a concealed firearm and possession of a firearm suppressor.

Other details of the investigation by the federal authorities have not been released
