An Occupational Safety and Health Administration closed the investigation into the death of a Clinton Firefighter while fighting a fire at the ADM Plant without issuing an citations.
Little information is posted in the certificate on the agency website.
Firefighter Eric Hosette was killed during the fire at the plant in the grain bin explosion. Firefighter Adam Cain was injured in that incident.
The report on the January 5th incident was closed June 12th.
