From the MVPA-Just a note about our real-time tracker. It is mounted on our Advance vehicle. This vehicle is usually 15 to 20 minutes out in front of the convoy. If it is stopped, that is the location our next stopping point. The convoy may be delayed and not reach the tracker location for some time, but we will get there.
