Pastor Ron Lott was lured to Clinton City Hall with the idea he was attending an award presentation to Fire Chief Mike Brown – instead he was surprised by the Police and Fire Department honoring him.
Lott has volunteered as the chaplain for both departments serving in a variety of roles with the departments.
