From CPD statement on the incident:
On Sunday July 20, 2014 at approximately 12:04 AM Clinton Police Offices were dispatched to Miller Ridge Apartments, 26014 North 4th Street. Upon arrival, offices met with Ciara Donley, age 22, who suffered a serious but non-life threatening single gunshot to her lower right arm. Donley was transported to Mercy Medical Center ER by Clinton Fire Department Ambulance.
The incident remains under investigation by the Clinton Police Department.
