Police looking seek apprehend suspect in weekend ‘gunshots fired’ incident & looking for the public’s help

The Clinton Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a suspect in what is being a called to a gunshots fired call that occurred over the weekend.  Police issued a statement about the incident that occurred about 5 AM on Saturday. Police were called to 214 16th Place on the call of gunshots fired.   Read more details and see a picture of the suspect police are looking for-click ‘more’ From the incident, investigators seek to apprehend 19 year Donte S.B. Phillips. He is described as a black male – about six feet tall – 175 pounds – brown eyes and black hair. The incident remains under investigation by the Clinton Police Department. Anyone with information about the incident or the where Donte Phillips may be located, is encouraged to call the Clinton Police Department at 563-243-1458 or Clinton County Crimestoppers at 1-888-883-8015.
