False alarm at Bluff
(Clinton) -- Superintendent Deb Olson says it was a false alarm at the Bluff elementary school-here is district statement-
At approximately 2:45 PM today the fire alarms were activated at Bluff Elementary when a broom knocked off a protective cover that surrounds a fire alarm. This triggered the alarm. All students were evacuated and the fire department responded quickly with students allowed back in the building by 3:05 PM. Mr. Bloom, his staff, the Bluff students, and the fire department are to be commended at such a rapid response to this alarm.
