Holiday Train Stopping in Clinton
(Clinton) -- The Canadian Pacific Holiday Train will be in Clinton on Thursday, December 6th.
Sheralyn Bartels, President of the Lyons Business and Professional Association, tells K-R-0-S News that the train will be at the east end of Main Avenue by the Sawmill Museum around 4:15 p.m. December 6th.
From 3:45 - 4:15 the children's choir from Jefferson Elementary School with director Chris Hicks will be performing. Then from 4:15 - 5:15 musical entertainment aboard the train. You are encouraged to bring food donations for the local food pantry. Bartels says that Rastrelli's will be serving hot apple cider while Sweetheart Bakery serving hot chocolate and cookies. Once the train departs there will fireworks around 5:30 p.m.
