Bank Robbery
(Clinton) -- Few details about the case-but Clinton Police confirm the investigation of a bank robbery today
An investigation is underway into a bank robbery at the Clinton National Bank. Clinton Police report the incident occurred at 11:50 at the Clinton National Bank office at the intersection of North Second Street and 19th Avenue North.
The suspect is described ad white male, thin build wearing a dark multi-collored stocking cap, dark colored hooded coat and blue jeans. He left the bank on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The F-B-I is assisting in the investigation. The Clinton County Sheriff’s Department and the Fulton, Illinois Police also assisted at the scene.
