Shooting incident under investigation
(Clinton) -- Clinton Police issue statement on the investigation on Tuesday-if you missed the story on the air Tuesday afternoon-here are the details being released.
Clinton Police are asking the public for any information related to a case being termed a ‘a shooting incident.’
Police were called to Mercy Hospital on Monday evening regarding a person being treated for a gun shot wound. During the investigation, the victim reported that he was shot while outside building 14 at the Miller Ridge Apartments at 2604 North 4th Street. The victim had been transported to the hospital by a family member and was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
The victim was not identified by Police in their statement on the case.
