VP to stop in Clinton
(Clinton) -- But the event will be an invitation only stop on Wednesday
Vice President Joe Biden’s stop in Clinton this week will not be public event. Last week the Presidential campaign announced the two day eastern Iowa tour with stops in Clinton, Waterloo and Dubuque. Details of the trip have now been announced by the campaign.
The stop in Clinton is described as an event with grassroots supporters. The Clinton stop is by invitation only. Campaign officials have informed KROS that a media availability with Vice President Biden is not planned in Clinton at this time.
On Tuesday the Vice President will be making a speech in Waterloo and on Wednesday in Dubuque.
