Members of the Clinton City Council will meet at 9 o’clock Tuesday morning in a special business session at City Hall.

Most of the action relates the economic development incentives approved at the committee of the whole session last week. The council will also consider the management agreement with Matt Prescott for operation of the Clinton Marina. He also operates the Candlelight Restaurant on the riverfront.

Immediately after the special council meeting, the Internal Operations Committee will meet. On the agenda is a discussion about summer watering and landscape meter policy. Also, the committee will discuss the city’s policy on the filling of swimming pools.

The committee will also discuss incentive pay for the City attorney and out-of-rank pay for Pubic Works Superintendents.

The Northeast School Board will meet at 5 o’clock Wednesday at the High School Media Center.

At that session the Board will consider accepting the 2011-2012 audit; they also will consider discussion on the 2013-2014 budget and tax rates and setting April 9th as the date for the 2013-2014 budget hearing.

At 6 pm the school Board is to move to the high school auditorium for a public forum on a proposed bond referendum for new building projects. Modern Design Architects will make the presentation. There will also be a presentation by Piper-Jaffray on the bonding effect on property taxes.
