How cold was it?

A record low was set in Clinton today (Friday).

Clinton area weather observer Jim Blaess says it dropped to 15 degrees and that set the new low for November 10th.

He says the former record was 16 degrees set in 1926 and tied in 1933 and 1973.

Blaess added that this is the first new record low set in a November in 21 years.
