~ Family Pack Trip Orientation ~ 6:30 PM ~ Clinton CCB Office, 2308 255th St., Grand Mound ~ We’re looking for families to join us on a 36-hour backpack trip into beautiful Yellow River State Forest, June 13th-14th. This orientation and equipment checkout is mandatory for trip participants but others are also welcome. Maps, packs, compasses, GPS, camp stoves, cook sets, tents and mess kits will be demonstrated and used on this trip. Pack food will be sampled.
