Assembly to honor veterans at 2:00
The student body will be attending this event to honor all veterans. There will be a guest speaker, the national anthem will be sung by a retired teacher, and the veterans will be welcomed by a group of students. A brief reception beginning at 1:30 in the school’s library will be a time for veterans to enjoy some refreshments before being ushered into the gymnasium for the assembly.
