Come join us and Discover Aviation, right here at the Whiteside County Airport on Saturday, September 21, 2019 from 9:00A – 3:00P!

TERMINAL BUILDING

Red Cross Blood Drive

Give blood. Get a FREE haircut from Sport Clips!

EAA Young Eagles Flights
8:30A – 12:30P

FREE flights for children between the ages of 8 and 17!

Children will be given a short introduction to airplanes and a free airplane ride lasting approximately 15 minutes. Pilots will explain how airplanes work.

The roster is currently FULL, however please register for the waitlist!

What’s the waitlist? It’s a standby list for last minute aircraft/pilot additions and Young Eagle time slot no-shows. Also, the waitlist Young Eagles will have the first opportunity to register for the next Young Eagles Rally So, registering is worthwhile!

Kids’ AirCraft Activities
9:00A – 3:00P

Kids’ AirCraft Activities include FREE balsa wood glider decorating (as supplies last), assembly, and “runway” landing challenges, hoop airplane construction and flight, other craft activities, bounce house activities, barrel train rides around the ramp, truck touch experiences, and more!
