Felix Adler Children’s Discovery Center Hosts Family Valentine Party

Saturday 10, 2 to 4 p.m.

 he Felix Adler Children’s Discovery Center will be hosting their fourth annual Family Valentine Party this Saturday, from 2 to 4 p.m. The children’s museum will be partnering with another local non-profit, the Clinton Humane Society. Together they will be bringing you family fun, with furry friends for everyone to meet.

            Special guests for this event will include Humane Society director Jen Gerdes, who will be bringing her adoptable friends.

Also Miss Pam will be visit and bring her friendly

therapy dog, Pet Paul

Guests will also be able to enjoy Valentine cookie decorating – and eating. Family art projects will be available as well, including making special Valentine cards for your loved ones, and creating a paper flower bouquet. Also in store is a collection of fun games, and a facepaint artist will be on duty. Together with these guests, it’s sure to be a Valentine event to remember.

            The Family Valentine Party is a free event with regular children’s museum admission which is $4 per person ages two to 64, $3 per person ages 65 and older, free for children ages one and younger, and free for Children’s Discovery Center members.

The Felix Adler Children’s Discovery Center is a non-profit children’s museum whose mission is to provide a safe and positive environment for families to discover the world by exploring arts, culture, literacy and science through educational programs and interactive exhibits.
