GETTING TO YES First Friday Fixes Are you nervous about negotiation? Do you realize you do it every day? If you think negotiation is a win-lose situation, you’re doing it wrong. Join with others to become better negotiators. Bring the issues you are having trouble solving, and together, using the Getting to Yes principles, the group will explore possible solutions to help you create a win-win situation. The idea is that by working together, we will each build our comfort level in negotiating. Then, as we use these principles in our workplace, with our family and our volunteer opportunities, we’ll build a Getting to Yes Community! And that makes us all more successful!
