A weekend of fun for the family! ~ Friday ~ Decorate your campsite for Halloween. Prizes will be awarded to the most creative sites.
~ Saturday ~ Trickery Triathlon ~ 9:30 AM Orientation, 10 AM Race Begins ~ Frightening fun will be had by all triathlon participants as teams of four will compete in an outdoor skills race that includes a short canoe paddle, a run/walk (.32 miles) and a fire building challenge. All teams must include one person over the age of 18. Entry fee is $15/team and registration is required online by Oct. 5th. Visit www.mycountyparks.com to register your team or for more information. We will supply all the carving tools and a place to make a mess.
~ Spooktacular Crafts ~ 1 PM ~ Creepy crawly crafts will be provided for people of all ages under the deck.
~ Face Painting ~ 1:30 PM
~ The Witch’s Brew ~ 2:30 PM ~ See this live animal presentation that makes up the witch’s brew.
~ Trick or Treat! ~ We invite all our camper ghouls and goblins to trick or treat through the campground. We ask our campers to please pass out candy.
~ Lighted Blue Heron Cruises & Hayrack Rides ~ 6 PM ~
Sunday ~ Eco Center Fun ~ 9 AM ~ Join us at the Eco Center for a Halloween inspired nature craft.
