Elsa was given away to a lady in front of the Clinton Humane Society in July 2018. This person had no rights to Elsa and I want her back. He supposedly said the humane society was closed and a lady outside the shelter took Elsa to live on her farm in Clinton Iowa. I have been searching for her ever since, no one has seen her since. Elsa is a pure white Labrador, at the time she was not spayed nor microchipped. He removed her collar before giving her away so she had no tags to identify that he didn’t own her.
