Spring Refuge Float ~ 11 AM ~ Rock Creek ~ Paddle the quiet backwaters as they wind there way through the Upper Mississippi Wildlife and Fish Refuge. We’ll gather at the Eco Center and get underway together. We plan to be out on the water for 2 hours. Bring water and a snack.
