In the newly drawn Iowa Congressional Districts – Clinton County is in a district that did not have an incumbent residing within those counties.  Republican Congress Representative Marionette Miller-Meeks did represent a portion of the new district and has announced she would move and run for election – but she is being challenged by another Republican, Kyle Kuehl – hear more from him in this interview with KROS’s Dave Vickers
