Tentative Schedule Of Governmental Meetings This Week

The Clinton County Board has the regular Monday morning session.  The Supervisors meet at 9:15 at the County Administration Building.  A public hearing on the proposed budget for the next year is scheduled as part of the meeting at 9:45.

The Supervisors will also be meeting in the week with both sessions concerning solar energy projects.  On Tuesday March 22nd the County Board will meet at the County Administration Building at 9 A-M to discuss solar projects proposed in the county.  On Thursday , March 24th the Supervisors will hold a public hearing on one of the project-the Hawkeye Solar proposal.  That session will be in Grand Mound at the Community Center and be available on-line at 6 P-M.


 

The Camanche School Board meets Monday evening at 6:30 at the School District’s Administrative Center.  An update on the facilities enhancement project is one of the items on the agenda.

The DeWitt City Council will be meeting on Monday.  The council will consider a proposal from the DeWitt Police Department to start a program to ask residents to register video camera locations at the their homes or businesses in case the department wants to ask for any videos in the area of a crime.  Official say that would help make the process more efficient.  The program does NOT seek access to any camera-on voluntary registration.

The Clinton City Council has a regular session on Tuesday March 22nd. Link: Clinton City Council Regular Session Agenda

During the Committee Of The Whole session the council will hear about the Clinton Police Department’s Annual Report.  Link: COW Agenda

The business session starts at 5 P-M and the discussion session is held following that meeting.


The Central DeWitt School Board meets in a regular session on March 23rd at 6 P-M at the Middle School Media Center. Link: Central DeWitt School Board Agenda


The Riverbend School Board meets on Wednesday March 23rd at 6:30 at the Fulton High School.
