Nestlé Purina delivers $20,000 to Clinton County Agricultural Society

Clinton, IA. (Feb. 2, 2026) – Team members from Nestlé Purina in Clinton recently presented a $20,000 donation to leaders of Clinton County Agricultural Society for renovations to the North Hall to make it suitable for community and 4H events. These renovations will create a climate-controlled and handicap-accessible space for all to enjoy. The donation was delivered through the Purina Foundation, recognizing organizations who work to positively impact Purina’s operating communities.

“We are honored to accept this donation from Purina as it will help us make a difference in the community,” said Mary Stevenson, fair manager, Clinton County Agricultural Society. “Purina’s investment in our organization will have a tremendous impact and will contribute to a thriving environment for people and pets. We look forward to using the funds to renovate our North Hall so it can be used by the whole community.”

Clinton County Agricultural Society promotes agriculture, industry and education through the Clinton County Fair. Throughout the rest of the year, they maintain facilities to host 4H activities promoting youth development in agriculture, horticulture and mechanical arts, as well as providing a venue for community events.

“At Purina, we focus on crafting the best quality food for pets, but we are just as passionate about the communities where we serve,” said Justin Wilkinson, Purina Clinton factory manager. “We are thrilled to present Clinton County Agricultural Society with a Purina Foundation grant and continue our partnership in the community.”
