Local unemployment rates rose slightly from October to November in Clinton County and was stable in Clinton.
The latest figures from the Iowa Workforce Development Agency show the unemployment rate in Clinton County in November was 3.7 percent. That was compared to 3.5 percent in October and 2.6 percent in November 2018.
In the city the rate remained stable at 4.1 percent from October to November.
