Clinton City Holiday Schedules And Other Holiday Closures & Schedules

City Hall, Building and Neighborhood Services,the Administrative offices at the Police Department, and the Administrative offices at the Ericksen Community Center will be closed on Monday, July 5, 2021.All phone calls will be returned on Tuesday, July 6, 2021, when normal office hours will resume.

The Ericksen Community Center activity area (including the gym) and the Clinton pool will remain open on Monday, July 5, 2021 (regularly scheduled hours).

The Clinton Public Library will be closed on Saturday, July 3, 2021 and Monday, July 5, 2021. All phone calls will be returned on Tuesday, July 6, 2021, when normal office hours will resume

The MTA Administrative offices will be closed on Monday, July 5, 2021 and there will be no bus service on Monday, July 5, 2021.

The Public Works Administrative office will be closed on Monday, July 5, 2021. Garbage, yard waste and recycling collection will be delayed by one day for the week beginning Monday, July 5, 2021. Monday’s route will be collected on Tuesday, Tuesday’s route will be collected on Wednesday, Wednesday’s route will be collected on Thursday, Thursday’s route will be collected on Friday, and Friday’s route will be collected on Saturday.


Clinton  County Governmental Offices will also be closed Monday for the holiday.


Generally governmental operations at the local, state and federal level will be closed July 5th for the holiday.  Other businesses-like banks-may also be closed Monday.


The Clinton County Area Solid Waste Agency is announcing its Independence Day Holiday Schedule. All facilities will be CLOSED on Monday July 5, 2021. This closure is in observance of Independence Day. Normal hours at all facilities will resume on Tuesday, July 6th, 2021.
