Clinton County US News & World Report Rankings

Clinton County ranks above the national average and peer counties in a U-S News and World Report on healthiest communities – but is below the Iowa average.

The annual Healthiest Communities rankings were recently released covering 84 metrics across 10 categories.

Clinton County scored at 63 in the health rankings and 52 overall while nationally the Urban Up-and-Coming peer counties scored a 39 overall.   The overall national average was 48.  The Overall Iowa average was a 67.

Whiteside County Illinois had an overall rank of 57.1 which was above the Illinois average.
