Delay in City Utility Billing Mailing (see statement from Clinton City Hall)

Please be advised that the 3rd party that prints and mails the sewer/garbage utility billings for the City of Clinton is experiencing delays due to labor shortages, COVID-19, and paper and envelope factory supply shortages. This means that your monthly utility bill that you receive from the City of Clinton could be delivered to your mailbox later than the normal 3-day turnaround.

Want to View and Pay Your Bill Online? It’s easy!

You have the ability to receive your City of Clinton utility bill via email by going to https://logicsolbp.com/cityofclinton/Login.aspx and setting up an account for your property. Online access is available 24/7 and your bill will be emailed to you immediately after it is generated (you will still receive a paper copy of your bill in the mail).  You also have the ability to pay through this portal.  Please note there is a processing fee for the 3rd party to accept your payment through their portal.
