CLINTON, Iowa — The Clinton Area Showboat Theater has added a performance of the musical comedy smash hit, The Wedding Singer, Saturday, July 30 at 2:00 p.m. The show, based on the 1998 blockbuster film of the same name that starred Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore, has been a huge hit despite the company having to cancel two performances due to breakthrough Covid cases.
The Wedding Singer will run through Sunday, July 31 with performances Friday, July 29 at 7:30 pm and Saturday, July 30 at 2:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Sunday, July 31 is sold out. Only a handful of tickets remain to the evening performances. Tickets to Saturday’s added performances are available at www.clintonshowboat.org, through the Showboat box office, and by calling 563-242-6760.
