Clinton man has won a $25,000 lottery prize

CLIVE, Iowa — A Clinton man has won a $25,000 lottery prize.

David Hull won the first top prize in the Iowa Lottery’s “Starry Night” scratch game. He purchased his winning ticket at Murphy USA, 2346 Virginia Ave. in Clinton, and claimed his prize Monday at the lottery’s Cedar Rapids regional office.
